(Benz) tet 28" M. Dor. (Emperor's Choice X Tet. Ruffled Perfection) A 61/2" beautifully ruffled lemon-yellow, this bloom possesses all the refinement that makes RUFFLED PERFECTION so special. In fact, several garden visitors have asked me if this flower was RUFFLED PERFECTION! But it differs in many ways. First it is far more vigorous and displays these lovely blooms on taller, better-branched scapes. An established plant has 25 buds and 2-3 lateral branches, plus a widespread terminal cluster. And-the finest bloom in the cross proved to be the only DORMANT! This is a true northern dormant, and builds a larger crown due to winter cold. Plants are blessed with beautiful large arching foliage, and blooms are very fragrant. Fertile both ways, though pods are not easy in full sun. $100.00
